Our newly extended tap-room bar is fully licensed, offering full bar facilities, with a great range of wines, ciders and spirits as well as of course, a selection of our our award-winning ales and our fantastic new keg products; IPL – Devon’s first organic lager®, DarknessKeg, EX4 and our cider Sumasider.

We also offer a selection of award winning Tom’s Pies, with mash, minted peas and proper gravy.

The bar is open to the public every Thursday & Friday evening from 5pm.

The bar is available at other times by arrangement for private hire, corporate meetings, brewery tours etc.

Tap Room Private Hire

Our tap room is available to hire for your private party or corporate event.

Food can be provided, either our standard “pie and mash” or a buffet. More formal meals can be arranged.

The room is available Monday to Wednesday and Saturday, day or evening. Thursday and Friday daytime only.

We have full bar facilities (i.e. beers lager cider spirits and wines).

Large screen and projector

A deposit of £200 is required to hire the room.

Charge:

We do not charge for the room, but have a minimum spend requirement of £650. All of you spending whether food or drink goes towards the £650. This means as long as you spend at least total of £650 there is no room charge. Should your spend be less than £650 we will retain sufficient from your deposit to cover the shortfall.

We believe this is a fair way to charge, so that you pay nothing for the room as long as the minimum £650 is spent.
