Darkness has become one of our best-known beers over the years.
Known for its rich body, smooth character and loyal following among stout lovers, it has earned multiple awards and become a favourite among customers throughout Devon and beyond.
When we began developing Darkness Low, our goal was simple.
We didn't want to create a beer that felt like a substitute. We wanted to brew a stout that delivered the same depth, complexity and enjoyment that people have come to expect from Darkness.
What Can You Expect from Darkness Low?
Despite its lower alcohol content, Darkness Low retains many of the characteristics that make a great stout.
You'll find notes of:
