All our ales are carefully handcrafted using traditional brewing methods. We use only the best quality ingredients including locally sourced, traditionally produced floor malted barley, best quality English Whole Cane Hops and water from our own 30 Alluvial well.
Our Avocet Organic Ale is produced with the finest organically grown ingredients.
